Professional Services provided by:

RN’s (Private Duty shifts and visits), LPN’s (Private Duty shifts), Under Contractual Arrangement: Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists

Paraprofessional Services provided by:

Personal Care Aides and Home Health Aides

Services Included

  • bathing, grooming & dressing services
  • skin care & hair care
  • oral hygiene
  • plan, cook & serve and/or feed meals
  • help with special diets
  • light housekeeping
  • weekly laundry & ironing
  • linen changes
  • help with walking, bed to chair transfer
  • assistance with all necessary ADL's

Specific Programs:

Woundcare – Specially trained woundcare nurses visit in the patient’s home to assist and teach patients how to care for their wounds.

Patient Education program – Includes medication review, environmental safety and specific disease reviews. A total team approach is taken for this very important program.

Infusion therapy – Certified intravenous nurses are assigned to assess the patient’s needs and to teach the patient/caregiver techniques for self-care.

Ventilator therapy - All nurses caring for ventilator-dependent patients receive education and review before and during care of this patient population.

Pediatrics – All nurses caring for pediatric patients have passed specific pediatric tests and have received patient –specific training.

CDPAP – The Consumer Directed Personal Assistant Program is an alternative to traditional Medicaid. Homecare services are provided in Suffolk, Nassau and Westchester Counties.

Telemedicine – An innovative "patient centric" program providing in home remote monitoring of vital measurements via the internet.
