Skilled Nursing Shifts

Our services include skilled nursing shifts provided by competent RN’s and LPN’s for clients either in their own home or a healthcare environment.

Most clients, when ill, prefer to stay in their own home, in their own environment, with their own support system and families in attendance. South Shore Home Health Services, Inc. is able to provide home care for clients needing ventilation therapy, end of life care, or for medically necessary observation or treatments.

Every client is case managed by our nursing staff in order to meet the needs of the individual client. Case management includes communication with your doctor, insurance provider, pharmacy and the ordering of durable medical equipment if needed.
