Eileen Gerard: Director of Human Resources

Gerard makes sure this Oakdale-based licensed home-care agency has the employees available to meet demand for the Suffolk, Nassau, Queens and Westchester offices. She’s also vice president of the Long Island Chapter of the New York State Association of Health Care Providers, and helps organize the annual HCP lobby day in Albany, designed to recruit chapter members.

Eileen graduated from St. Josephs College with a B.S. in Health Administration. She resides in East Patchogue with her husband and two children.
