licensed home care agency in 1985, is accredited by the Joint Commission of
Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
The mission of South Shore Home Health is "To Ensure and Maintain Patient Choice, Dignity and Well-being". All staff are oriented and educated on the importance of our Patient Education Program. Quality Assurance is a very important aspect of the care provided by South Shore Home Health.
Geographic area served includes Suffolk, Nassau, Queens, Westchester, Bronx, Manhattan, Kings and Richmond Counties.
